AN INTRODUCTION TO P.F.I.

We are a small group of investigators based in Adelaide, South Australia. Our group study, research and investigate most aspects of the paranormal. We have been interested in this subject, as individuals, for many years and some of us have been investigating for over 20 years.  It was in January 2002 that Alison Oborn and Jeff Fausch decided to form a new investigation group and Paranormal Field Investigators (PFI) was born.  Although Jeff has now retired from P.F.I. to follow other projects, he is still seen as a valued friend of the team.  People who join our team, generally have some knowledge and skill to help the investigations e.g. we have professional photographers and technical experts who build us some wonderful equipment, plus individuals who are prepared to sit and research the history of the area.  We are open-minded and all investigations are treated in a professional manner, with respect and confidentiality to all persons involved.

We try to conduct investigations in a more technical manner, relying more on electronic equipment rather then clairvoyance. Our goal is to gather and collate data that will lead to a better understanding of the possible existence of the paranormal.  In the process, we also wish to aid any individual having problems dealing with a situation.  We hope to do this by educating them as to the possible true nature of this situation, whether natural or not; giving them information and helping them understand, so creating a livable resolution for people involved. If we are unable to help, then we will try and put them onto people who can.  We are open-minded to different theories and methods as this is not an exact science.  Paranormal Investigators is not a public group, we do not have memberships and do not conduct public meetings.  We are here simply to research, investigate and help people with their situations.   We do not charge our clients for our time or our services.
